Eating to end Climate change

My latest project brings together various threads of research and activism to argue for a new food system approach to climate change mitigation. This book makes a case for supporting integrated crop and livestock regenerative agriculture that relies on the interdependence of human and animal communities. A lot of books on this topic make this very case, but don’t tell readers how to do it. Based on my decades of engagement with farming communities, I demonstrate simple ways to support agriculture that mitigates climate change in every season. They include recipes for growing involvement in local agriculture, cooking and preserving food, and sharing the work, joys, and fruits of food systems.
